About Bella Designs

Bella Designs began with a little girl, a few handmade bows and a mum trying to find a way to provide without missing the moments she’d waited so long for.

After being told I might never have children, becoming a mum to my miracle baby meant everything.

But alongside that happiness came the money worries.

Childcare costs. Bills. The thought of returning to work while someone else watched her grow.

I wanted to support my family and be there for her. Finding a way to do both wasn’t easy.

Then I started making bows for my daughter.

Just little things to match her outfits. Something I loved creating, especially for her.

People began asking where her bows were from — and whether I could make some for their little ones too.

Those small conversations became the beginning of Bella Designs.

Today, you’ll find handmade bows, our Bella Bow Box and monthly Bella Bow Club, alongside personalised clothing, cards, gifts and lovely things for home.

Some pieces are handmade by me. Others feature my designs and are printed to order by our production partners.

Every collection has a little of my life in it.

As a foster carer, I know how much it can mean to find a card that actually says “Foster Daughter” or a jumper that proudly says “Foster Mum”. Our Every Kind of Family collection celebrates foster, kinship and SGO families with words that reflect their relationships.

Our Mylah & Miyanna storybooks bring imagination and meaningful lessons to little readers. Our Faith collection shares scripture through clothing and gifts.

Bella has grown, but the reason I started remains the same: creating things people love while building a business around my family.
